Аннотация

Представлен историко-теоретический обзор развития представлений об эмоциональном интеллекте. Обсуждается специфика понятия в рамках концептуального поля психологии, а также проблемы его операционализации и структуры. В контексте представления о единстве интеллекта и аффекта, а также идеи об интеллектуально-личностном потенциале человека рассматривается конструкт личностного интеллекта, объединяющего социальные и эмоциональные компоненты.
