Сладкий и гадкий: аффективная и когнитивная амбивалентность аттитюдов по отношению к здоровью у подростков

Аннотация

Аттитюды связаны с позитивной или негативной оценкой различных объектов. Когнитивные аттитюды относятся к суждениям об объектах, в то время как аффективные – к эмоциональному отношению к объектам. Исследование когнитивных и аффективных аттитюдов важно потому, что они оказывают влияние на поведение, связанное со здоровьем. Однако оценочные суждения и эмоции по отношению к объектам могут не совпадать и быть негативными и позитивными одновременно. Этот феномен – аффективная и когнитивная амбивалентность аттитюдов – играет роль модератора между аттитюдами и поведением. Амбивалентность аттитюдов обнаружена у подростков по отношению к рисковому поведению. В данном исследовании изучается амбивалентность аттитюдов по отношению к более широкому кругу объектов, связанных со здоровьем: рисковому поведению, здоровому поведению, семье и самому / самой себе. Так как амбивалентность может меняться в течение жизни, в данном исследования она изучается в возрастном аспекте. Мы сравнили аффективную и когнитивную амбивалентность аттитюдов по отношению к здоровью у младших (11–14 лет) и старших (15–16 лет) подростков. Всего в исследовании приняли участие 79 подростков от 11 до 16 лет. Участники оценили объекты, связанные со здоровьем, по шкалам «полезности» и «вредности», что позволило измерить когнитивную амбивалентность в отношении здоровья. Участники также выполнили цветовой тест, который измеряет силу ассоциаций между аффективными словами (позитивными и негативными) и объектами, связанными со здоровьем, что позволило измерить аффективную амбивалентность. У старших подростков обнаружена более выраженная аффективная амбивалентность аттитюдов (сосуществование позитивных и негативных аффектов по отношению к объектам, связанным со здоровьем), по сравнению с младшими подростками. Большая аффективная амбивалентность у старших подростков проявляется в аттитюдах по отношению к рисковому поведению и к семье. В то же время различий в когнитивной амбивалентности аттитюдов (сосуществование позитивных и негативных суждений по отношению к объектам, связанным со здоровьем) в двух группах подростков обнаружено не было. В обеих группах у подростков аффективное отношение к объектам более противоречивое, чем суждения об этих объектах. Этот результат может использоваться в рамках профилактических программ. Следует принять во внимание, что старшие подростки имеют более амбивалентные аффективные аттитюды по отношению к здоровью, особенно к рисковому поведению. Более амбивалентные аттитюды являются потенциальными мишенями для интервенционных программ, потому что они в большей степени подвержены воздействию, чем неамбивалентные аттитюды. Таким образом, профилактические программы для подростков могут быть нацелены в скорее на аффективную амбивалентность, чем на когнитивную. Они могут чаще содержать сообщения о приятных / неприятных аспектах объектов, связанных со здоровьем (например, спорт, рисковое поведение), чем информацию о вредности / полезности этих объектов.
