Межличностная чувствительность и психологический дистресс как факторы самоповреждающего поведения

Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования связи самоповреждающего поведения с межличностной чувствительностью и психологическим дистрессом. Выборка: N = 664, 17–35 лет, 563 (84,4%) женщин, 101 (15,2%) мужчин. Методики: опросник выраженности психопатологической симптоматики [Тарабрина, 2001]; опросник межличностной чувствительности [Разваляева, Польская, 2021]; шкала причин самоповреждающего поведения [Польская, 2017]. Результаты: (1) межличностная чувствительность, самоповреждающее поведение и показатели психологического дистресса оказались значимо выше в группе юношеского возраста – 17–19 лет, а наиболее низкие – у респондентов в возрасте 27–35 лет; (2) у респондентов, подтвердивших самоповреждения, оказались значимо более высокие показатели психопатологической симптоматики и межличностной чувствительности; (3) выявлено, что страх отвержения усиливает частоту самоповреждений, а зависимость от оценок окружающих – уменьшает; (4) психологический дистресс выступает медиатором связи между страхом отвержения и самоповреждениями, а возраст – модератором. Выводы: таким образом, в юношеском возрасте высокий страх отвержения приводит к высокому психологическому дистрессу, который связан с частыми самоповреждениями. Результаты исследования указывают на значимость восприятия межличностных отношений при самоповреждающем поведении.
