Терапевтическое присутствие: взгляд через созерцательные практики

В то время как осознанность получила значительное внимание в исследованиях, другие созерцательные практики по-прежнему остаются малоизученным, но многообещающим средством решения внушительного ряда задач, в число которых входит развитие важных для психотерапевтов профессиональных навыков. В данной работе представлен обзор исследований факторов эффективности психотерапии, приводится описание моделей терапевтического присутствия, рассматриваются созерцательные практики в качестве инструмента актуализации основных неспецифических факторов и известные механизмы обеспечения эффекта, оказываемого созерцательными практиками на терапевтическое присутствие.
