Психологическое благополучие пользователей социальных сетей с разным уровнем вовлеченности

В статье предлагается использовать концепт «вовлеченность» для описания поведения и эмоционального состояния пользователей социальных сетей (СС). На первом этапе исследования были проведены полуструктурированные интервью с пользователями СС (N = 27). На основе феноменологического анализа текстов интервью выделены высокий и низкий уровни вовлеченности и предложен комплексный критерий различения уровней вовлеченности, включающий объективный, субъективный и интерсубъективный компоненты. На втором этапе исследования с применением качественной и количественной методологии проведено сравнение контрастных групп пользователей СС с низким и высоким уровнями вовлеченности (N = 50). Анализ текстов интервью показал, что у пользователей разных групп отличаются деятельностный, эмоциональный и содержательно-смысловой аспекты пребывания в СС. Пользователи с высоким уровнем вовлеченности демонстрируют значимо более низкие уровни удовлетворенности жизнью и субъективного переживания счастья, а также значимо более высокие уровни отчуждения во всех сферах жизни, по сравнениюс пользователями СС с низким уровнем вовлеченности. Предложенные критерии выделения уровней вовлеченности могут быть использованы в качестве скринингового инструмента для выявления риска возникновения зависимости от СС.
