Кооперация vs конкуренция: роль этнического разнообразия и меж-культурного климата в школах России и Таджикистана

В условиях глобальных миграционных процессов школы становятся не только образовательными учреждениями, но и социальными пространствами, где формируются межкультурные отношения. Настоящее исследование направлено на изучение роли этнического разнообразия во взаимосвязи межкультурного школьного климата со стратегиями взаимодействия учащихся (кооперация vs конкуренция). В исследовании приняли участие школьники из России (N = 185) и Таджикистана (N = 158), обучающиеся в поликультурных классах. В качестве инструментов использовались шкалы из Classroom Cultural Diversity Climate Scale (межкультурное обучение и поддержка межкультурных контактов) и модифицированный опросник организационного конфликта М. Рэхима для контекста взаимодействия со школьными сверстниками (кооперация и конкуренция). Анализ показал, что межкультурное обучение и поддержка межкультурных контактов положительно связаны с кооперацией в обеих странах. Однако их эффект на конкуренцию оказался более выраженным в Таджикистане. Этническое разнообразие выступило в роли модератора: в российских школах оно усиливало взаимосвязь между межкультурным обучением и кооперацией, тогда как в таджикских школах этот эффект был менее выражен. Полученные результаты подчеркивают важность образовательных программ, направленных на укрепление межкультурного взаимодействия и кооперативных стратегий.
