Связь духовного благополучия с альтруистическими установками

Духовное благополучие, как интегративный и систематический показатель меры здоровья и благополучия, отражает позитивное психологическое функционирование, в частности, качество отношений с людьми. Личностной характеристикой, определяющей характер межличностного функционирования, являются альтруистические установки – выбор действовать исходя из заботы о благополучии других. Следует отметить, что специфика связи альтруизма с духовным благополучием (религиозным и экзистенциальным) до сих пор не изучалась на русскоязычной выборке. Отсутствие этой информации определяет новизну данного исследования. Цель работы – определить специфику связи альтруистических установок и духовного благополучия на русскоязычной выборке. Наша гипотеза состояла в том, что показатели духовного благополучия вне зависимости от возраста респондента связаны с альтруистическими установками человека. В исследовании приняли участие 959 респондентов (761 женщина и 198 мужчин, средний возраст – 38,6 ± 14 лет). Для изучения духовного благополучия и альтруизма использовались следующие методы: опросник «Шкала духовного благополучия» в адаптации Бакушкина и Ершовой (2025) и «Методики измерения альтруистических установок» Ясина (2020), а также математико-статистическая обработка данных. Согласно результатам исследования, уровень духовного благополучия, так же как и выраженность альтруистических установок у подростков и юношей, ниже, чем в старшей возрастной когорте. С возрастом наблюдается тенденция, с одной стороны, к развитию альтруистической направленности человека, повышению его духовного благополучия, с другой, к снижению степени связанности этих показателей. Это может объясняться тем, что развитие благополучия в духовной сфере происходит за счет не только стремления помогать другим, но и иных факторов. Таким образом, вне зависимости от возраста респондента показатели духовного благополучия связаны с альтруистическими установками. Несмотря на количественные различия выделенных возрастных групп, полученный результат согласован с результатами других авторов, что позволяет говорить о его достаточной надежности.
