Социально-психологические характеристики потребителей, выбирающих разные способы избавления от старых вещей

Изучение способов избавления от старых вещей является актуальной темой в современном обществе, где накопление материальных объектов и потребительское поведение играют важную роль. Целью данного исследования является выявление социально-психологических характеристик, связанных с выбором потребителями различных способов избавления от вещей в конце цикла их использования. В исследовании приняли участие 167 респондентов. В качестве методик были использованы: тест-опросник «Шкала финансовой тревожности личности» (Т.В. Дробышева, В.А. Садов), шкала «Суверенность вещей» из опросника «Суверенность психологического пространства» (С.К. Нартова-Бочавер), шкала экологической ответственности из опросника экологического сознания В.И. Панова, краткая версия опросника ценностных ориентаций Ш. Шварца (TIVI, «Десятипунктный опросник ценностей») [Sandy et al., 2016], авторская анкета про способы утилизации старых вещей. Рассматриваются такие способы утилизации, как выбрасывание, сохранение, продажа, передача конкретным людям, передача на благотворительность, ремонт, переработка. Также старые вещи были разделены на несколько категорий (одежда, обувь, электроника, украшения/аксессуары, вещи для хобби). По результатам исследования было выявлено, что выбор способа утилизации старых вещей связан с финансовой тревожностью, уровнем экологической ответственности, уровнем привязанности к вещам, ценностями, полом, возрастом, уровнем образования и местом проживания (город, дом/квартира), а также наличием дополнительного места для хранения. Наше исследование может способствовать разработке эффективной программы утилизации старых вещей, которая будет учитывать различия в потребностях различных групп населения, что позволит повысить эффективность утилизации старых вещей.
