Перфекционизм как психологический феномен: краткий обзор современных концепций и исследований

Статья представляет собой краткий обзор современных концепций и исследований перфекционизма. Двойственная природа перфекционизма, отражающая адаптивные и дезадаптивные характеристики, отражается в эволюции его концептуализации: от ранних одномерных подходов, описывающих перфекционизм как симптом психопатологии, к многомерным моделям, расширяющим его понимание за пределы личных стандартов. Данный концептуальный сдвиг позволяет эмпирически изучать перфекционизм через его проявления в различных сферах жизнедеятельности и его роль в повседневном функционировании. Накопленные данные создают предпосылки для перехода от простой констатации адаптивных и дезадаптивных типов перфекционизма к анализу механизмов их динамического взаимопревращения.
