Представления учителей о креативности детей и ее развитии в учебной деятельности

Аннотация

Представлен обзор научных публикаций, посвященных изучению представлений учителей о проявлениях творческого потенциала школьников и о возможностях развития их творческих способностей в учебной деятельности. Изложены результаты эмпирического исследования соотношения учительских, самооценочных и тестовых оценок креативности и их взаимосвязей с интеллектуальными и мотивационно-личностными показателями учащихся I и III классов (по 120 чел.). Показано несовпадение критериев оценки креативности с помощью объективных и субъективных методов. Учителя при оценке креативности детей ориентировались преимущественно на уровень их интеллекта и организованности. Самооценки творческих проявлений младших школьников демонстрировали позитивную взаимосвязь с мотивацией достижения, а в III классе – еще и с познавательной мотивацией, и с оригинальностью мышления по тесту. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о необходимости анализа диагностических показателей во всей сложности их взаимосвязей при определении креативности детей и условий ее развития в школьном обучении.
