Results of the study of emotion threshold and emotional reactions manifestations viewed as structural components of emotivity are presented. The author's technique of studying age-specific and individual characteristics of emotional reactions in senior preschoolers is described (N=96). The relationship between sensitivity to certain groups of antecedents and reactivity (direction, modality, valency and reaction intensity) is demonstrated and empirically proved. It was shown that emotional reactions in children aged 5-7 have are characterized by openness (an open form of response) in most cases, as well as an average and high degree of intensity and differentiated thresholds of emotions of various modality and valency (N=96).
