Обзор современных концепций и подходов к изучению и оценке когнитивной гибкости

Целью обзора является анализ понятия «когнитивная гибкость». В работе описана ее роль в поддержании психологического благополучия и развитии психических расстройств. Проанализирована эффективность вмешательств, направленных на развитие когнитивной гибкости, а также методологические трудности, связанные с отсутствием единой концептуальной модели данного феномена. Произведен обзор существующих способов оценки когнитивной гибкости, исследована и опровергнута возможность их взаимозаменяемого использования. Сопоставлены существующие теоретические подходы, в рамках которых когнитивная гибкость рассматривается как навык, как общее свойство когнитивных процессов, как личностная черта, как составляющая креативности, как свойство ментальных процессов. Сделан вывод о том, что изучение когнитивной гибкости должно происходить с опорой на концептуализацию понятия и с учетом ограничений каждого способа оценки.
