Теоретические и методологические основы когнитивно-поведенческого коучинга как научно обоснованной помогающей практики

Цель статьи: анализ теоретических и методологических основ когнитивно-поведенческого коучинга и выделение перспектив его развития и исследования. В статье анализируются исторические предпосылки развития когнитивно-поведенческого коучинга как помогающей практики. Проанализировано отличие когнитивно-поведенческого коучинга (КПК) от когнитивно-поведенческой психотерапии (КПТ). Выделены принципы и теоретические предпосылки КПК. Приводится анализ методологических основ и моделей КПК. Анализируются ограничения и перспективы развития КПК. Делается вывод об эффективности применения КПК для развития людей и необходимости дальнейших доказательных исследований эффективности КПК на русскоязычных выборках.
