Субъективный и хронологический возраст человека

Проводится сравнение роли хронологического и субъективного возрастов для анализа психического развития и поведения человека. Субъективный возраст человека – это самовосприятие собственного возраста. В онтогенезе наблюдается нарастающая тенденция снижения субъективной оценки собственного возраста после 23–25 лет, особенно ярко выраженная в пожилом возрасте. Рассматриваются теоретические и эмпирические исследования феномена субъективного возраста человека и факторов, определяющих и влияющих на возрастную идентичность. На основе анализа современных данных и собственных исследований показана роль якорных и проксимальных составляющих в оценке субъективного возраста. Описана динамика феномена субъективного возраста в онтогенезе человека, его связанность с представлениями о временной перспективе, психологическим здоровьем, роль в регуляции поведения. Субъективный возраст приобретает первостепенное значение по сравнению с хронологическим возрастом как ключевая переменная изучения психологии человека.
