Psychosocial determinants of mediation efficiency

Abstract

The role of different factors of mediation efficiency is analyzed. Special attention is given to mediator's personality characteristics. The study of relationship between emotional leadership and mediation efficiency is described. The importance of the development of methodical tools as well as the elaboration of methodological foundation is argued.
