Abstract

The results of psychometric assessment of application of the adapted (adaptation performed by N.V.Tarabrina) and modified Impact of Event Scale - Revised are presented. Over 8 000 subjects living on radiation-polluted territories of Russia and Belarus were examined. It is shown that the adapted IES-R may be used for identification of subjects’ adverse emotional and personality features developed as a result of subjective radiation hazard perception.
