Integration explosion in professional development of person and psychological consulting

Abstract

This article deal with the main lines of professional development: differentiation and integration of professional features. The Integration line has points of explosion, which lead the person on the next level of integration his professional skills and understanding the concealed mechanisms and sense of his work. The professional development – is the path from one explosion to another. If the person has not opportunity to have experience of explosion, he feels senselessness of his professional activity and his life. There are general view in this article on the psychological aims of career consultant.
