Abstract

The article addresses the significance of studying parental support strategies for children in challenging situations. It outlines the development and validation process of the " Strategy of parental support", which was tested on a sample of 235 participants. The validation process involved independent expert assessments and correlation analyses with data from I.M. Markovskaya’s "Parent-Child Interaction" questionnaire and the Parental Attitude Research Instrument developed by E.S. Schaefer and R.K. Bell, adapted by T.V. Voinov. The results demonstrate the reliability and convergent validity of the proposed methodology.
