Abstract

Republication of one of the most renowned works of Ilyenkov E.V. in which he presented his view on the problem of the ideal and proposed a few solutions within the frame of Marxist philosophy. A part of the paper is dedicated to discussion with opposing opinions, primarily of Dubrovsky's D.I.
