Gender self-awareness in disorders of sexual preference

Abstract

The article presents the results of an empirical study of gender self-awareness in disorders of sexual preferences like pedophilia and sadism. A brief review of the studies of gender self-awareness in paraphilias conducted by the present day is reported. It is emphasized that the psychological signs are marked as characteristics of sexual preference disorders aren't systematized and apart can meet in norm.
