Social and psychological factors in consumer decision-making in situations of economic change

Abstract

The paper shows the results of two stages of the study on consumer behavior factors. The objective of the work is to find out, how some factors influence consumer decision–making and to describe the role of social and psychological factors. We consider several types of consumer decision–making. There is also a comparison of consumer decision–making factors in the stable economic situation and in the situation of economic crisis.
