Peculiarities of hemispheric and interhemispheric distribution of coherent communications at foreign speech perception

Findings of the coherent analysis of EEG at speech perception in languages studied in different age periods are presented in the paper. Parameters of the bioelectrical brain activity in students with high and low level of second language acquisition abilities are analyzed. Reorganization of rhythmic EEG components is considered as a main mechanism predetermining successful foreign speech perception.
