In article are considered changes of the spatial organization of arbitrary movements at normal aging, depressions of late age, degenerate and vascular dementias from positions of neuropsychological approach. The data about features of performance tests of a spatial and dynamic praxis by mentally healthy participants of advanced and senile age, as well as patients with a depression, senile dementia and vascular dementia are presented. It is revealed that for normal aging and depressions of late age aren't characteristic the expressed violations of a spatial praxis and spatial components of a dynamic praxis. Mistakes at those cases, as a rule, are connected with narrowing of capacity of mental activity and deficiency of mediation of spatial operation by words. At dementias the spatial organization of arbitrary movements suffers more seriously owing to destructions of neurodynamics base of motor sphere, its regulatory and operational components. At interpretation concerns questions of qualification and syndrome’s accessory of a number of the revealed symptoms, and also differentiation of destructions in spatial and temporary components of dynamic praxis also are discussed.
