The concept of inner strength / certainty is introduced as a condition for accepting the challenges of external uncertainty. The structure of the inner strength is considered from the A.Leangle’s point of view and in context of his existential-analytical concept of four fundamental motivations. Description of the forming of inner certainty in ontogenesis is given. For this purpose the concept of the self is introduced and conditions for strengthening the internal pole of personality and formation of attitudes towards the world (fundamental trust) are considered. It is regarded as an existential theme of the first seven years of life. Attitudes towards life (fundamental value) are the theme of the second seven-year period. Attitudes towards one's own self (self–value) and unlikeness in a meeting with others are topics of the third seven-year age period. In conclusion, the characteristics of Meeting of an adult with a child as the most important condition for strengthening the internal pole of personality and the formation of internal strength, stability at the face of uncertainty are analyzed.
