Psychological techniques aimed to development of creativity in theatrical pedagogics

Abstract

The investigation of development of professionally important qualities of students–actors during education in theatrical college is presented. Results of the five years' longitudinal research (2010–2015) realized on the basis of the Moscow theatrical college under the leadership of O.P.Tabakov are exposed. The results received with the help of R.Kettel's 16 PF test on 120 students of the first courses and 49 students of the second years of theatrical college are given. There are discussed personal features (accentuation), characteristic for the following educational levels: 1) selection at a stage of entrance examinations; 2) elimination following the results of the first year of training; 3) a pedagogical assessment of student’s progress on the leading professional discipline 'Skill of the actor' on the first and second courses. The obtained data showed that at a stage of selection the most significant is the complex of the personal characteristics connected as with emotional features (openness, sociality, emotional sensitivity), and with readiness for social interaction (social courage, conformism, sociability). The special analysis directed on detection of essential differences between successful and unsuccessful students–actors, allowed to characterize the direction of personal transformations during training at the first year was carried out. The structural (factorial) analysis of interrelations of pedagogical criteria of educational success’ assessment and personal features of students on the first and second year of training revealed that in general the positive assessment of actor's abilities is oriented on capacity understand emotions and model the semantic bases of social behavior and interpersonal interactions.
