The subjective and personal characteristics ratio in the construction of time perspective planning in people of different professions

Abstract

The results of empirical study of the features of subject (cognitive behavior control) and personal (time perspective and semantic sphere) characteristics of people who work in conditions of strict external time-scheduling (flying personnel of the Russian Federation Air Forces) as well as people whose professional activity is regulated by themselves are presented. It is shown that time perspective is related with cognitive behavior control system of values and meanings, however people of different professions demonstrate some peculiarities of subject and personal behavior regulation.
