Abstract

Main tools of discourse analysis of emotion based on D.Edwards theory of emotion and application of R.Harre positioning theory to the analysis of social events, as well as linguistic tools of emotion analysis are considered in the article. Feasibility of shared use of discourse analysis of emotions and positioning theory in studying social events is illustrated.
