Features of socio-psychological space of young professionals – applied psychologists

Results of empirical study of the structure of socio-psychological and professional spaces in young professionals of educational psychological service are presented. Elements of these spaces are distinguished. It is shown that professional qualities and motives substantially structure psychological space of young specialists of educational psychological service. Factors related to the development tasks characteristic for the period of youth and early adulthood are no less important. Dynamic tendencies in the structures of real and ideal psychological spaces associated with strengthening of hedonistic tendencies in the ideal future are revealed. Diagnostic techniques that allow to visualize the structure of socio-psychological space and to objectify its essential components and key elements in their dynamic and hierarchical relationship were tested and approved.
