Russian version of the Male Attitude Norms Inventory: the results of primary approbation

Abstract

The results of primary approbation of the Male Attitude Norms Inventory are presented. The development of Russian version included double translation of the original. Semantic equivalence was observed. The meaning of the content of each scale was corrected based on expert evaluations and psychometric procedures. Conceptual basis and the construction of the Male Attitude Norms Inventory [Luyt, 2005] were followed thoroughly. Test reliability was evaluated using several parameters.
