The experimental psychological study of offenders with psychiatric disorders not excluding responsibility who were predisposed to impulsive aggression was provided. 15 offenders and 23 mentally sane individuals who never committed a crime were examined. The following techniques were used: Rusalov’s Structure of Temperament Questionnaire, Spielberger’s State-Trait Anxiety Questionnaire, modified version of Rotter's Internal-External Control Scale, Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory and Zuckerman Sensation Seeking Scale. It was shown that pathocharacterologic syndrome in patients with borderline disorders (mainly, different personality disorders) predisposed to impulsive aggressive actions was based on temperament features related to changes in functional system components such as afferent synthesis, acceptor of action results, and feedback afferentation. It is concluded that the disposition level mainly determines crime behavior in the observed group of the accused patients.
