Development and approbation of Change Response Styles Questionnaire

Abstract

The comprehensive analyses of the content of such a notion as “style of responding to change” is given. The model of response to change that includes four styles (innovative, conservative, reactive, and implementing) is described. Key results of trying and testing Change Response Styles Questionnaire are (N = 323) are presented.
