Abstract

The problem of interrelation between peculiarities of values and motivation and work satisfaction in postgraduate students with various degrees of success in academic and teaching activities was investigated. The sample includes 85 postgraduate students of Chelyabinsk universities in number aged 23–30 (25 men and 60 women). Significant intergroup difference in all studied parameters except for satisfaction with physical working conditions are established.
