Psychological representation of spatial-object environment is considered as an entire system that exhibit properties of dimensionality and hierarchy. 270 subjects aged 7–21 took part in the empirical study. It is shown that in groups of subjects with character accentuations different components of representation of spatial-object environment dominate: formal components (metric characteristics of spatial-object environment) and meaningful components (pragmatic, aesthetic and ethic characteristics). Differences in representation of spatial-object environment due to emotional attitude to environment and individual cognitive style (field dependence/independence) are revealed.
