Development and standardization procedures of a personal time disorganizers measuring technique are described (N = 350). Content validity, convergent validity, retest reliability and internal consistency of the technique are analyzed. A five-factor structure of the questionnaire used is substantiated. The results of psychometric assessment prove that the developed technique may be used for diagnostics of personality traits hindering effective time organization (personal time disorganizers).
