The method of project competence evaluation in students

Abstract

The results of development and testing of a new method of project competence evaluation in students are presented (sample size: N = 280). The method is based on treating project competence as an integrative subjective characteristic. 5-factor structure of project competence is substantiated. Reliability and validity of the proposed project competence questionnaire are analyzed. The results of psychometric testing show that the proposed method can be used for research.
