Coping strategies in women of transition age suffering an existential crisis

The results of coping strategies study in women of transition age (30–35 years old, 100 subjects) suffering an existential crisis are presented. The relationship between coping strategies and indices of socio-psychological adaptation and life orientations is shown. Based on the findings obtained psychological help program for women who need to resolve an existential crisis was developed. The program provides for personality traits correction and coping with stress and tight life situations training.
