Abstract

Different behavior reactions of minor victims of sexual crimes in legally relevant situations (pre-criminal, criminal, post-criminal situations) are considered. The empirical study results (for 232 victims) are presented, the typology of minor victims of sexual crimes against sexual immunity and sexual liberty of individual is given.
