Abstract

The issues of minor offenders’ criminal behavior motivation are considered. The comparative analysis of non-adults’ criminal act motivation while committing group crimes and single injurious acts is presented. The relation between criminal act motivation and personality factors that determine minor offenders’ criminal behavior is analyzed. The motivation of a crime committing in present-day teenagers is shown not to be due to the scope of infantile and immature motives only.
