Qualitative study foundation in applied animal psychology

Abstract

It is offered to use methodology of the grounded theory construction elaborated by A.Strauss in applied animal psychology researches. The theory is used to create a classification of abnormal behaviour forms in dogs. The algorithm of application of the theory is described and the analysis of received results is offered. Also it is discussed the problem of subjectivity of perception of pet’s abnormal behaviour in both levels owners, and the researcher.
