Благополучие: дефиниции, подходы, теории, структура

В статье представлен аналитический обзор современных публикаций, посвященных благополучию. Применен междисциплинарный подход, основанный на интеграции знаний в области философии и психологии благополучия. Цель — поиск объединяющей концептуальной основы благополучия на базе теоретического анализа дефиниций, подходов к изучению, теорий, структуры благополучия. Установлено, что благополучие трактуется как желаемое состояние, оценка жизни, персональное функционирование. Выявлено, что таксономия философских теорий благополучия включает объективные теории (объективного списка и реализации природы), субъективные (гедонистические, теории удовлетворения желаний и удовлетворенности жизнью), гибридные теории. Среди психологических теорий благополучия доминируют эвдемонистические и гедонистические теории, которые часто противопоставляются друг другу, а также теории, сочетающие признаки обеих парадигм. Представления о благополучии в эвдемонистических теориях больше предписывающие, чем описательные, они призывают к преобразованию людей, а не исследуют их состояние благополучия. Гедонистические теории основаны на глубинном чувственном опыте индивида как балансе наслаждения и боли. В результате можно утверждать, что благополучие — это субъективный по природе, универсальный и сопоставимый для всех людей феномен, представляющий собой благоприятное состояние человека. В дефинициях благополучия благоприятное состояние личности является ключевым, а позитивное функционирование выступает условием, коррелятом или предиктором благополучия. Гедония означает субъективное переживание удовольствия, а эвдемония — позитивное функционирование, поэтому их прямое сравнение в эмпирических исследованиях будет некорректным. В то же время анализ эмпирических исследований показал высокие корреляции между разными типами благополучия; также установлено, что показатели благополучия, относящиеся к разным категориям, могут быть объяснены одним общим фактором благополучия. Представлена иерархическая структура благополучия, где эмоциональное благополучие (гедонистическое) является базовым.
