Аннотация

Статья посвящена проверке психометрических характеристик русскоязычной версии методики «Шкала сочувствия к себе» К. Нефф. Кроме того, была поставлена задача – установить нормативные показатели для данной шкалы с точки зрения суицидального риска. Нормативная выборка состояла из 490 студентов вузов, клиническая выборка – из 146 пациентов кризисного стационара, у которых наблюдались суицидальные мысли. Для проверки структуры опросника и установления пороговых значений применялась модель современной теории тестирования для рейтинговых шкал. Было показано, что «Шкалу сочувствия к себе» целесообразнее использовать и интерпретировать по шести субшкалам и двум факторам: «позитивного» и «требовательного» самоотношения. Это инструмент, дающий надежные и валидные результаты, а нормативные показатели позволяют использовать шкалу для выявления суицидального риска у молодежи при скринингах и в клиническом сеттинге.
