Вклад гендерной идентичности и веры в справедливый мир в атрибуцию вины в межгендерном вертикальном конфликте в организации

Статья посвящена изучению вклада пола респондентов, пола персонажей, веры в справедливый мир и показателей гендерной идентичности в атрибуцию вины участникам межгендерного вертикального конфликта в организации. В исследовании участвовали 140 студентов разных вузов Москвы (70 девушек). Средний возраст респондентов – 20 лет. Участники знакомились с виньеткой, рассказывающей о несправедливом наказании работника начальником. В одном случае начальником была женщина, а работником – мужчина, в другом – наоборот. Респондентам требовалось оценить вину начальника и работника. Анализ результатов показал, что различия в атриубции вины персонажам в зависимости от пола респондентов проявляются только по отношению к женщиненачальнику, которой девушки приписывают меньшую, а юноши – большую вину. В отношении мужчины-начальника различия в атрибуции вины начальнику юношами и девушками не достигают уровня значимости. Различия в атрибуции вины подчиненному в зависимости от пола подчинённого и пола респондентов не значимы. Однако гендерный фаворитизм не связан с уровнем идентификации со своей гендерной группой ни в одном случае. Показатели гендерной идентичности обратно связаны с атрибуцией вины представителям своего пола только в ситуации традиционного распределения ролей, мужчины-начальника и женщины-подчинённой. У юношей показатели гендерной идентичности обратно связаны только с атрибуцией вины мужчине-начальнику, а у девушек – обратно связаны с атрибуцией вины женщине-подчиненной. Показатели веры в справедливый мир не имеют значимых связей с атрибуцией вины участникам конфликта ни у юношей, ни у девушек.
