Method of loyalty diagnostics

Abstract

Development process and psychometric examination results for the method of loyalty diagnostics (organizational loyalty, professional loyalty and work loyalty) are presented. Using a sample of 301 government and commercial organizations employees the method standardization is performed, the method reliability and validity are analyzed. Psychometric examination results show that the developed method may be used for studying different types of loyalty.
