The structure of legal conscience and the behavior in legal area

Abstract

Legal conscience peculiarities of the jury candidates and the jurors having returned a verdict are examined. Attitudes towards law, readiness to participate in the jury as well as changes in legal conscience after participating in the jury are analyzed. Readiness to participate in the trial is shown to be the result of an active attitude towards law. Return proceedings, in turn, enhances the interest to legal actions and relationship and affects the legal notions level.
