Abstract

The original diagnostic method – system decision making scale (SDMS) – is considered. SDMS internal consistency, theoretical validity, construct validity and criterion validity are given. The empirical study of SDMS parameters that determined decision making effectiveness was carried out on a sample of healthcare professionals (53 emergency doctors, 105 specialists working in non-emergency conditions).
