Abstract

The article is devoted to analysis of one of the important aspects of scientific work of outstanding Russian scientist V.I.Vernadsky. Vernadsky’s ideas about the problems of space and time in philosophy, exact and natural sciences, the unity of space and time in non-living and living matter, the specificity of space and time in biological systems are considered. Possible causes of fragmentariness of many modern psychologists’ representations about the works of V.I.Vernadsky devoted to space and time are discussed. Perspectives of psychological research of personality and scientific work of V.I.Vernadsky and his views on space and time are given.
