Abstract

84 women during the third trimester of pregnancy who worked with a genetic counselor are examined. It is found that destructive types of psychological component of gestational dominant are noted more frequently in pregnant women with severe somatic pathology and low scores in regulatory subscales of cognitive control mediated by functional links of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. Statistical analysis shows that effects of the HPA axis corticoid receptors genes reflect multi-level nature of regulation of the functional system “Mother-Fetus”.
