Endogenic factors of information preferences in modern teenagers

Abstract

Information preferences in teenagers aged 14–16 (N = 96), students of Moscow general education school and art school (dance and art departments), are examined. The interrelation of information preferences, individual personality and cognitive features is analyzed. The external and internal factors that determine informational space and the content of information most meaningful for teenagers are also analyzed. The effect of professionally significant activity on informational socialization process is revealed.
