Clock mechanism in the context of cultural pathology problem

Abstract

Psychological issues of cultural functioning of such subject as clock are discussed. Structure of reading the clock skill is considered. Reading the clock skill development during ontogenesis and its transformation due to modern changes of socio-cultural situation are analyzed. The relevance of this analysis in the context of cultural pathology of different forms of sign-symbolic mediation of mental activity by means of clock is proved.
