The aim of the study was to estimate the influence of radio- and chemotherapy and tumor's localization on children cognitive development. In research took place 130 children with brain tumor. All children were treated in Morozov Children's City Clinical Hospital. According to the results, tumor localization has no influence on intelligence. But children with cerebellum localization, who were treated with radio- and chemotherapy, have significant lower IQ and associative memory scores in comparison with children with cerebellum localization and no radio- and chemotherapy treatment. It wasn't revealed the negative effect of chemo- and radiotherapy for children with another tumor localization.
